Alderson & Associates, Inc. performed mechanical and electrical design services for the construction of a new academic building on the campus of San Antonio College housing classrooms, offices, language labs, and computer training rooms. The mechanical design included a new HVAC system consisting of chilled water air handlers, controls, VAV boxes and distribution. The electrical design consisted of high efficiency lighting and occupancy and day lighting controls.
