The project consisted of the construction of several chambers used for allergen and drug testing. Mechanical and electrical engineering design services were provided to include cleanroom air conditioning system and associated controls for chambers. A chiller with air handlers in attic, means for controlling air pressure relationships between spaces, humidifier for humidity control, domestic hot and cold water, sanitary waste and vent systems, restroom plumbing, building interior lighting system, necessary modifications of building electrical power for spaces and HVAC systems, and provisions for connection to existing emergency generator (separate panel and transfer switch).
