The firm provided mechanical and electrical design services for the Daniel Breeden Elementary project as Brownsville $135 million dollar Bond Program for school renovations and new construction.
The project consisted of the construction of a new two-story, approximately 99,000 square foot elementary school that included 42 classrooms and two life skills classrooms, labs for science, art and computer learning, art and music rooms, library, kitchen with cafeteria/auditorium and a 5,000 square foot gym.
