The Navy Army Community Credit Union Kostoryz Road Branch Building is a single story facility designed and built to support the local residents in daily banking operations. The facility consists of a large lobby, open offices, teller room, drive through banking, conference room, break room, and other support areas. The facility’s environment is maintained by a constant volume VAV-bypass HVAC system consisting of a Roof Top Unit, 6 variable air volume terminal units with reheat, a dedicated mini split system, and one exhaust fan.
